I bought my studio apartment through Mark 11 years ago, I have now lived here on the island for keeps for almost 2 years. I had little knowledge of the area or prices when I came over here, to begin with. Mark was fantastic in treating me in a special way, showing me various properties and advising me regarding mortgages, bank accounts, etc and guiding me through a very complicated procedure. I like others would recommend him to anyone and apart from that, he's a great guy to know. I see him often around and about and as always it is always a pleasure to pass the time of day with him. We bought our studio in Santa Ponsa a number of years ago and rather than deal with vendors directly, we decided to engage the services of Mark Pemberton, a wise decision, as the amount of 'red tape' involved in purchasing a place in Spain is a nightmare compared to back home in Ireland. Mark was extremely helpful and showed us quite a few properties in the Santa Ponsa area ( a lot of these properties were shown to us out of office hours) and when we eventually decided on a particular property he helped us greatly with all the paperwork and legalities involved in purchasing a property. We will always be grateful to Mark for his professionalism and unstinting commitment shown to us throughout the entire procedure.
